We're a mobile service. There's no walk-in office. Everything is arranged by email or through the form, and the roof painter comes to your property to look at the roof.
Before you send the form
Three things make the first conversation quicker, though none of them are essential:
- Your roof type: iron, Colorsteel, concrete tile or pressed metal tile.
- What you've noticed: rust, moss, faded paint, cracked tiles or a leak.
- Your suburb: it tells us who covers your area.
You don't need to know what the roof needs. Working that out is part of the free estimate.

How quickly will someone get back to me?
The roof painter who covers your area contacts you directly, usually by phone or email, to ask a few questions and arrange a time to look at the roof. If you'd rather be contacted one way and not the other, say so in the form's details box.
Can I send photos of my roof?
Yes. Email photos to [email protected] after sending the form, and mention your suburb. Clear photos of the worst areas, such as rust, moss or cracked tiles, help the painter understand the job before the visit.
Do you have an office I can visit?
No. House Roof Painters is a mobile service across the Auckland region, so the roof painter comes to your home to look at the roof and give you a written estimate. Everything else is arranged by email or over the phone.
